This week I’m spotlighting An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson. I stumbled across this one a few weeks back and two words had me sold on it before I even finished reading the synopsis – fair folk. I’ve probably said it a million times now but any book with faeries is one that I automatically add to my TBR. That plus the fact that this book sounds like it’s going to be incredible has me beyond excited to read it once it’s released.

An Enchantment of Ravens caught my eye at Bookcon Melissa! but by then it was too late! I really thought this was a sequel for some reason only it’s not lol. The cover is STUNNING & I’m a sucker for fae so this is a MUST OWN.So many great books this year, can’t wait to see them hit the shelves *heart eyes* Happy reading Melissa 🙂

Awww that sucks! I have to admit I’ve been obsessively checking NetGalley hoping this one would appear on there. 😂 But yes the cover is so gorgeous and same about fae, I have to read all of the books with faeries in them I swear lol. This cover is freaking AMAZING!! And that synopsis has definitely caught my eye. I love fairy’s and courts so eeeeeeeekkkkk! Cannot wait to read your review on this one when it’s released and you have a chance to read it ❤

I agree! The cover is gorgeous!! 😍😍 That was probably the thing that caught my eye before I even read the synopsis. Anything with fae and courts is a must read for me for sure. Here’s to hoping we both enjoy it whenever we read it!! 😁

I have seen that book around a little bit and it sounds so, so good! I’m getting more and more into fantasy lately, plus, I love the faieries aspect of this SO much. 🙂

Wow this sounds like such an amazing book Melissa, I was pretty much hooked from the very first sentence and reading more of the blurb just seemed to make me more and more desperate to get my hands on this book right this very second. I haven’t read many books with fair folk in but the ones I have I’ve loved (most notably has been anything by SJM, with Holly Black’s book a close second) so I guess I’m looking for more books I can add to my to-read list that feature faeries in them.
At least it’s not too long until September and until this book is released. I’m sure it will be worth the wait though! 🙂

Right? It had me hooked from the first sentence in the blurb too. It just screams being a book that I’ll most likely drop everything to read once it’s released. I haven’t read very many with fair folk in them either. Only four series I can think of off the top of my head. Two of which are both by SJM. I so need to read Holly Black’s fae books soon! I can’t wait for Cruel Prince to be released.
Have you read The Iron King by Julie Kagawa? That series is really good and centered on faeries. 😁

It screams that for me as well. Granted I’m not a massive massive fan of things relating to fair folk, possibly because there aren’t that many books that feature them, but I love fantasy and this one has everything I love about fantasy books for sure.
I haven’t no. I think it’s on my TBR list but it’s one of those series I added ages ago and just still haven’t gotten around to. One day, hopefully soon.

Ah you always discover what seem to be incredible reads well before I hear of them! This blurb sounds crazy good! I am really hoping this one does not disappoint. I may have to add it. Have you pre-ordered?

I actually discovered this one through someone else’s WoW a while back so I attribute that lovely meme to discovering books. 😂 It really does sound incredible though so here’s to hoping it lives up to that! I haven’t preordered it just yet. I think I’m going to wait to see a few pre-release reviews first. 😊
